Corolla Acceleration Problem

1600, 20 valve, 4AL engine toyota corolla wagon, 1999/2000 model, mileage (14536).

Particularly when moving off, the car is experiencing a delay (sluggish) thus not having a smooth acceleration. Can you tell me what I can do to solve this?

Could be a problem with the throttle position and Mass Air Flow sensor.

Low fuel pressure and a catalytic converter clogging up.

Last the oxygen sensors and dirty injectors.
