96 Corolla UPDATE

Noticed today my manifold was red hot and crackling. It had a total loss of power at around 45-50 mph and would not pick up more speed at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a possibility there is a blockage between the manifold and where the cat started?

Could it be some sort of temperature sensor?

Could my radiator need cleaning?

Sounds to me like you need to have your vehicles ignition timing set again. Also it might be running a improper fuel to air mixture. Clean the MAF or AIS depending on what your vehicle has.
