95 toyota corolla 1.6 dx 250000 miles.

when I try to start my car I hear the initial click which I think is the solinoid and then I hear an electrical motor sound which I think is the starter but then it just keeps making the spinning sound but never turns over. Yesterday it started this but after a couple of tries it would start. Also I should probably mention that the power steering belt was squeeking that day so I got this spray lubricant to put on it and right after I sprayed it on is when the problem started.
