2004 Toyota Corolla Check engine light

My chech engine light is on but my car is still running the same. Is the light on due to me hitting 75000 miles? If so what is done at 75000 mile tune up?

HI there,

There is a fault code in the ECU, you will need to get a scan done to read this code, it may be only a minor problem, but it should be investigated.
