When I drive I hear a loud humming noise. I thought it was my transmission but when my car is in neutral the noise still presists. The faster I am going the louder the noise is. It seems to have something to do with how fast my tires are turning. Could this possibly be my cv joints? Or could it be my bearings? Or my axles?

Most likely wheel bearings does nois change if steering wheel is turned silghtly left or right?

Yes it does. If it is my wheel bearings how much will it cost me to fix it?

One side parts and labor@$200, turn left noise gets louder then right bearing, turn right noise gets louder left bearing.
