As the Doctor said it has a chain and there is no maint. Schedule for chains.
You can remove valve cover and inspect chain/shim clearence, but unless you are having a problem, don't worry about chain.

Engine is either 1ZZFE or 1ZZGE on U.S. Built Corolla's.
