2000 Toyota Corolla Engine sometimes stalls

My engine sometimes stalls or is slow to go when I press on the gas from a complete stop. Do you think that this might be a problem with the fuel pump or the (electronic?) Fuel injection?

You can start by checking the fuel pressure making sure its under specifications also the throttle position sensor closed/wide open throttle voltages to include the engine load sensors such as the MAF sensor/Airflow meter.
