Brakes problem
1997 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

brakes are very hard. Car is in drive but won't move.

Make sure the parking brake is not on and is working, then have the power booster checked. Disconnect hose to booster (ENGINE OFF), and see if brake pedal loosens up. Re-connect booster line and start engine, if brakes are hard again, then booster is suspect.
