1996 Toyota Corolla Low Idle, Vibration

Car starts fine, idles high at first. Car has power. When she warms up and we come to a stop, idles low, car vibrates. Changed plugs, gas filter, cleaned throttle body and injector. Computer diagnosis did not detect problem. She runs good on the open road, she goes!

Thank you for the donation.

Problem should be related to the idling speed and Idle Control Valve.

When throttle body was cleaned, was the IAC at bottom of throttle body paid any attention? If not, remove the air intake hose and immediately inside the throttle body you would see 2 ports at bottom. Spray carb cleaner into them and allow to soak for a while.

Reinstall air intake hose and retest. Starting could be difficult initially.
