For the past couple of days my car has been losing performance on hills. This has been happening since I picked my car up from the mechanic. I had the wheel bearing replaced. Now my car doesn't accelerate like it used to and I lose power getting up hills. This morning I lost at least 10mph going up a hill even though I had the gas peddle to the floor.

Possibly the brakes are sticking after the wheel bearing replacement.

A thick floor mat or too much slack in the accelerator cable will also prevent the throttle from opening fully.
