i have a 2003 toyota celica gts, and the serpentine belt shredded while driving and so i wasnt able to see how it was routed, and im pretty sure i have it routed correctly(using common sense, and what i know about belts) but the belt seems to be about an inch or so too short, and im pretty sure its the right belt(duralast, multi-v belt part#740k6) and i borrowed a serpentine belt tool from my local auto parts center, so i know im getting the right amount of leverage and the tensioner pulley is being pulled as far as it can go....*so my question is,...is there somethig im not doing or is there a trick to it or something?...and if possible, could i get a serpentine belt routing diagram from you...or can you maybe tel me where to get a diagram(for free)...any help/advise would be most helpful and very much appreciated...thank you for your time.
