Between the coil and fuse box goa a hot and ground.
But one of the wires has a little thing on the end that broke off. Does this charge the Altator

Hi there,

Not sure what you are describing here, but no wires on the coil go to the alternator, there are only two wires for the ignition feed to and from the igniter.
