Camry stalls while idling at traffic signals

My 2002 Toyota Camry has a 6 cylinder engine and 63,000 miles. Lately the car tends to stall when I am stopped at a traffic signal or intersection. I noticed that when the overdrive is turned off, the car does not stall as often. What could be the cause of this problem?

Could be the idle air control valve, throttle position sensor, exhaust gas recirculation valve and MAF
