2001 Toyota Camry fan motor speed adjustment

Fan motor for both heat and A/C has 1-4 speed selection dial on the dashboard. Suddenly speeds 1-3 stopped working. Only seed 4 works

That is usually a bad blower motor resister. It's located in the blower housing, next to the blower motor.
