1999 Toyota Camry strut noise

1999 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 104k miles

there is a sloopy noise coming from the right front strut. Esp when going slow and going over uneven terian or potholes. At high speed there seems to be no noise. At least I can not hear it. I had the local mechanic look at it. He does not know. I called toyota on the phone and one said it may be the strut holder on top. What do you think it is.

Could be a loose strut or the rubber "cushion" its not tight agains the frame.

Raise your vehicle and be sure that everything its secure and tight.
Also could be a damage strut (internal).
