1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Automatic

This car had a real bad knocking in it about a year ago so we just put it in storage. We were told by a mechanic to clean it out very good the other day so we didi that and put the car all back together. The car will turn over like it is trying to start but will not start. There is spark but we aren't sure if there is any gas getting to the motor or if the inertia switch will reset itself after so long being set up and not started. Please help. Thank you in advanvce.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump.

Can we check the fuel pressure or do we need to take it somewhere for that? If we can how do we do that?
