1998 Toyota Camry Front Passenger Door

It won't open from the outside but will from the inside, it will lock if you use the button on the drivers side but if you flip it manually, it will not lock, this morning, I rolled down the window and the door popped open. How do I fix this?

Inside a door there are thin steel rods, made to connect the handles to the latch, take off the trim panel and look to see which one is flopping around, it may need a new clip and striaghtening!
