Shut off while driving and wont start

I was driving down the highway when all of a sudden I felt like I wasn't accelarating anymore. My oil light came on and two seconds later, my car shut off. I can't get it to start and I've noticed that it's leaking what I'm guessing, is coolant. The liquid is light looking. When I try to start it, it makes a whiney noise and drags. Not the sound I'm used to hearing when cars don't start. All fluids were full when it shut down. I don't know what could be wrong. I do have a remote start on the car.

i have 1995 toyota LE 4cyl 2.2 with `16800 miles
tonight when i shut off engine with key out motor just keeps running. i had to to take cable off battery to stop it. what would cause this? i need your help! please! thank you! michael

The problem you're having is dieseling/run-on is being caused by an open throttle plate clean out the throttle body/plate re-adjust the idle speed and check the throttle position sensor. An engine overheating can cause this problem too.
