Hi 93 camry has been unused for 1 year after replace sparks, oil, rusted out header pipe, air filter, battery, brakes, the car runs but after a short 20 the over flow tank is dripping coolant the color is real clear green no sign of rust can it be the soft radiator hoses or the temp sensor rot the cat converter what you think and thank you so much. No the dash display shows the car is normal temp however when I got out of the car the smell of coolant was clear. And alot of it was coming out of the overflow tank also I notice weak power in driving and when I drive up a hill I coulld see white exhaust on my rear view mirror. When I replaced the header pipe I wondered if I should replace the cat as well as the flanges where completly rusted shut now I am wondering if that is causing this problem

Sir-White smoke is a bad sign it means that coolant is being burn in the combustion chamber and it doesn't go there.

What you need to do is get it block and pressure tested to find out where its leaking internally.
