I'm having a problem with my 92 Toyota Camry V6. The problem is that whenever I drive for more than 10 minutes, my car stops moving. The engine is still running, but when I press on the gas, it just doesn't move. It revs up, but the car just doesn't move. This is the same if I try to change it to reverse. It just revs up without moving. The area around my feet where the gas pedal is gets really hot as well. Any idea what could be causing the issue?

Did you check the transmission fluid? See what the level is and what color it is.

I checked the transmission fluid. It is redish in color. The level is fine. Also, whenever the car is doesn't move after having this issue, I usually turn it off for a few minutes, then I turn it back on. This enables me to drive for a litle while until I have the same issue. Any ideas?

I would say you have a bad trans then. Sounds like something is going on with the trans pump. Either it will have to be replaced or rebuilt.
