1990 Toyota Camry won't start

Computer problem
1990 Toyota Camry 130000 miles

The keyless entry has not been working for a week or so. The security light doesn't go off either. Is this maybe an electrical or computer issue? Is there a "reboot" button?

The car has been sitting for two weeks without starting.
Now when I try to start it car, the engine won't start, no noise at all, just a click.

From what you are saying the battery is dead. However there is still a short in the system to make the security light stay onyou may need someone to look at that. Give it a jump start.
