Headlight problem

Dear Sir,
I have Toyota Allion new shape with HID lights. When I switch on headlights after some time its start fluctuating and then turning off. Then I switch off the head lights and switch on again then it start working. After some intervals I have to repeat this. Pls. Identify the problem.

Most likely it's the ballast heating up and shutting off

Dear Sir,
I have changed both bulbs and changed the blaster also now even I have the same problem. I am very worries about this can you pls. Quide me what is problem as here no mechanicz has found the solution.

Have them test power and ground at the light assemblies to see if it fluctuates.... that will at least let you know if the lights are getting full power or if it is in the delivery. Also test at the switch
