I have a 1990 4runner 4wd standard 170,000k. I am finding my runner to be very sluggish as if its loosing power ie very slow crossing streets and take offs. Any help would be great!

actually not too long ago. However I changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter and added an injector cleaner sat july 29 2007. After about 5 min of driving it was a very noticable amount of power increase. The fuel filter had dirty brown fuel come out when I dumped it in a clean jar. Possibly I got it?
