1999 Toyota 4Runner heat is warm, not hot

Replaced themostate, only warm air, turn heat control from hot to cold. No change in tempeture, still warm

Hi zucobra,

Check the water valve control cable adjustment and ensure it is fullly closed when heater is turned off.
