1997 Toyota 4Runner engine won't start no indication lights

Engine won't start. Head lights come on but no dash lights or indication lights just buzz

Inspect and test the AM2 fuse 30amp this the one that powers the ignition switch thru the red and white wire. When it leaves the ignition switch to power accessories the wire color will be black and red.
