1996 Toyota 4Runner misfire

My number 6 cylinder is misfiring (code p0306). I am trying to troubleshoot this problem. I have changed spark plugs, wires, coil packs, swapped injectors, and checked both cam and crankshaft position sensors(they seem to be working fine). No matter what I do it is still the same cylinder misfiring. What should I do next to try to resolve this issue?

Compression test and a cylinder leak down test. First verify that you have injector pulse to that injector with a"noid" light. It could have a bad driver in the computer. Have you visually verified spark to that cylinder?
