1995 Toyota 4Runner not starting

My 4runner has good power, lights, stereo and windows work as normal. When trying to start the vehicle there is a sinlge click and nothing. The engine does not try to turn over and there is not the usual clicking of a starter. I did try jumping but the results were the same. Any advice would be appreciated

Take the starter off and have it bench tested.

Make sure all the connection on the battery and starter are good and corosion free.

If all above is good its a bad solenoid/relay or ignition switch
