The toyota 4runner that I have, seems to be running kind of funny. Like it is miss firing. I change the spark plugs, wires, coils, air filter, fuel filter, and even did a timing on it, to make sure the timing is off, but the timing is on the dime. Especially, when I start it up, I'm not sure if it is normal or not, but the engine doesn't rev up on a cold start. It only rev little under 1 thousand rpm. I'm pretty much out of mind. What will be wrong with the vehicle? It's not burning oil or anything.

Hello,

This could be due to vacuum leak.
Which can lead to poor/low idle, also contributes to hesitation on acceleration.
You can have a vacuum leak from any of the vacuum hoses as well as the intake gasket.
Inspect all the hoses, check for any cracked or damages hose.
Check the for leak in the intake gasket by spraying carb cleaner at the gasket. If there is a leak the cleaner will make the engine idle higher and settle back down afterwards.

Here is a helpful guide:

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
