1993 Toyota 4Runner engine missing

Hey whats going on
when my 93 4Runner takes off in first gear, it hick ups, it seems to lose power and gain it back real fast, as if I was taping the gas to make it jump, except my foot is on the gas the whole time, it hick ups twice, then continues. Second-fifth are fine, I just put a rebuilt engine in it a little over a year ago!

Possibilities: Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
