Only drips at this time and only when not running. No noise. Looks like it is coming below the therostat, but hard to tell if not water pump. Temp seem to be ok when driven. Possible that bad seal on therostat?

If its coming from the thermostat

Better change it now whether its leaking running or not-sooner or later its gonna bust wide open lose the coolant and there goes the headgasket head/block and a big repair bill to fix it

Replace the thermostat and the thermostat housing gasket-make sure you position the jiggle valve in place with the mark.
