I replaced Front Brake Pads, On 4 Runner, Fiill The reservoir With Fluid Pedal Continuously goes To Floor, I've Bled Brakes Several Times to No Avail.

Hi

If there are no external leaks, I would be thinking that the master cylinder is by-passing fluid internally, often this is the case when brakes are bleed with an old cylinder as the piston travels down the bore further than normal it can damage the seal on deposits that build up on the bottom of the cylinder.

If there's no leaks anywhere I suggest you replace the brake master cylinder it has an internal leak
