1987 Toyota 4Runner sr5 and I went through to deep of water

1987 TOYOTA 4RUNNER

I got all the water out of the cyliders and now my idle wont stay at the normal 750 rpm it either stays a 500 or at 1500 I cant get it to run normal what could go wrong to cause my idle to mess up?

Water. Use computer cleaner to dry out every PCM connector/plug that you can find under the hood, especially the MAF and the TPS sensors
