I attached all the torque specs for the head and those that attach to it plus the rockers. Let us know what other info you need. Thanks

1 question. Is it normal that some intake valves (1, 4, 7) open less than the others or not?

It is possible but there is no specific reason for that. So the question is, how much less are they opening? If it is significant then we need to inspect the components that are responsible for opening them and that is primarily the cam lobe. If you have a wiped out cam lobes then it will not open as much as the others.

Maybe get some pictures of the difference. If you have a micrometer set to measure the different would be great as well. If not, a millimeter ruler should work.

Sorry. Maybe I don't understand but I am asking you to get some pictures of the valves open to show the difference and if you can measure the opening of the valve at full lift.

So rotate the cam so that the valve is at full open and then measure it's distance from the surface of the head. This way we can see what the difference actually is. Thanks

Okay, I think the intake valve problem is resolved. But now I have tightened the screws of the exhaust valves 1 2, 7, 8 and also the intake valves 1, 3, 4, 5 and I want to turn the crankshaft 360 degrees but it gets very hard shortly before reaching 360 degrees. It only rotates 270 degrees. I hope you can help me.

Sounds like it is binding when you reach that point. Is it hitting something solid or does it just get tight?
