Top end rattle

Rattle from top end sounds like under rocker cover go's on high revs.

I have no video of it at the moment can get one when I'm up the yard later. It's a tapping noise that go's around 2,500 rpm's just there when idle.

Okay, if that is the noise, it is not the top end. That is the lower end of the motor. Could be a bearing that is bad.

Oh, okay. My friend was saying it could be camshaft bearings. Would that be viable?

No, this motor does not have cam bearings.

The noise is from the lower end of the motor.
