I hit a log on the right side of my car. Now it drives like I have a lump in the tire x2. I changed the tire but nothing changed.

I assume you ran over the log with your tires? If so when you changed the tire, did they do what is called a road force balance? This checks the tire and wheel for being out of round.

I suspect if the tire is new that you damaged the wheel as well. If it was large enough of a log you could have an issue in the suspension as well.

However, the feeling of a lump on the tire is normally caused by a tire/wheel issue.

Here is a guide that talks about tire wear in case you need it but let's find out if there was a road force balance performed. If not, we need to start with that.
