My brother's car listed above zx2 model wouldn't start this morning. So I went and checked codes with scanner showed P0352 code. So I replaced coil still won't start wants to start but won't, acts like it's out of time? He's not owned car long papers that came with car says timing belt was replaced about a year ago?

Did the ignition coil code go away when you replaced the coil? Then can you get a recording of the vehicle starting so we can see what it sounds like?

Lastly we need to eliminate other possible causes of this which are fuel, spark and compression. Let's start with spraying starter fluid in the intake to see if the engine fires for a short time. If not, pull a plug and hold it against the block then crank the engine and see if there is spark.

If all that checks out then we need to run a compression check.

Let's run through all this and go from there. Thanks
