How to set the timing?

Had to pull top end apart head gaskets, took distributor out, loosened rockers put push rods back in, need do valve lash and set timing can you please tell me how?

There is no valve lash to set, just tighten them down and you should be okay. Also, there is no setting the timing, the PCM controls it as needed, you just got to make sure the distributor is installed correctly, this guide can help:
