Tight steering after CV joint replacement

Tight steering seems like wheel does not want to turn.

Did you replace the entire axle shaft or just the CV joint? Check that the axle is fully seated and that none of the steering parts are binding. If you replaced the entire axle verify that it is the correct length.
Disconnect the tie rod end and see if the binding is in the rack side or in the steering knuckle. Check the lower ball joint for free operation.

The whole axle it is same size.

Then you probably have binding in the ball joint or a steering issue. Just need to dig through them to find out.
