Over the past 4 months, I've replaced the struts/shocks, control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, CV axles, I just finished my rack and pinion 3 days ago. New tires. Everything. I took it off the lift at school today and when I was backing out of the shop, I heard a loud pop come from the front. Over the span of 88 miles, it went from unnoticeable to a steady thumping noise. When I turn left or right it seems to stop. But it gets louder as I accelerate. With all brands new parts all I can think of is I didn't tighten something sufficiently. Any advice?

The first item I would check would be the tires and rims. If one wasn't centered correctly, it may have popped as it shifted, and you are hearing it shifting.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. We need to hear the noise, so we know which direction to go to help you fix the car. It takes time to upload so please be patient.
