Transmission defaults to low gear, after I reset the DTC with scanner it goes back to normal. Symptoms return at random times while driving! Sometimes immediately and sometimes maybe a day or 2 later?

The 700 code is an information code that tells you there are other codes related to the transmission.

The 73 code is a communication code for the serial data line. Apparently, the Transmission is not communicating on the data line.
