I have just replaced a cylinder head casket and it ran well when started the first time but eventually mixing oil and water again in hours.

It seems to have been throwing a lot of pressure to the coolant and disturbs a normal flow of water throughout the cooling system.

Hello,

When you changed the head gasket did you get your cylinder head shaved at a machine shop?

Thanks,
Alex

Yes, it was skimmed and pressure tested with new valve seals.

Hello again,

Okay, so let's do a compression check and make sure that the head gasket took. Here is a link for you to go to down below explaining how to do it:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-engine-compression

Please go through the guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
