I have just replaced a cylinder head casket and it ran well when started the first time but eventually mixing oil and water again in hours.

It seems to have been throwing a lot of pressure to the coolant and disturbs a normal flow of water throughout the cooling system.

When you changed the head gasket did you get your cylinder head shaved at a machine shop?

Yes, it was skimmed and pressure tested with new valve seals.
