When I put the key into the lock it turns easy (no resistance) as if the lever came off. The lock doesn't unlock by the door key.I took the door panel off (driver's side) and I can't get my hand up to the door lock cylinder. There is too much stuff in the way. How do I gain access to the lock cylinder? Bob

Hello,

Make sure the window is all the way up. Here is a diagrams to make sure you have all the panels off. Can you take a picture of what you are dealing with so I can walk you through? Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Ken, I only took off the main door panel. The window is all the way up. Unfortunately, I do not know how to send pictures yet.I think the lever became unattached from the door lock.I can't reach up there.B
