Belt Tensioner Pulley to insert a breaker bar?

Am unable to find the tension pulley to insert a breaker bar for belt removal. Have not able to find a pic on-line to show this.

The tensioner is sort of buried down in the front of the engine. Usually you want to remove the intake air box to get down to it as it shrouds the belt. If you need to replace the second belt there is no tensioner on it, that is a single use stretch belt. Use a tool to remove it and install it.

Yeah, it's tucked in pretty tight on the newer vehicles. Which really makes no sense on a truck that then has a foot deep fan shroud to make up the difference. All it really does is make it harder to work on the vehicle.
