Temperature sensor removal

Easiest way to remove old temperature sensor? We are having a hard time getting a wrench/socket on it.

Good evening,

I attached a picture for you to view.

You need a 3/4 deep chrome socket that will go over it. If not then use an open end wrench to get on the sensor.
