Temperature control knob not working

The knob that controls temperature is no longer working. It is stuck at 81 degrees. All other A/C controls work. I assume A/C works but since the knob is stuck on heat. I'm not sure.

More than likely you are going to have to replace the control assembly.

This was a component that was common to fail.

I am attaching the info that we need to confirm this.

Basically, to confirm this we need to check the voltage when you are turning the temperature knob going to the actuator.

However, if the display never changes then the issue is with the control assembly.
