Tag Lights, Rear Running Lights not working?

In my car listed above i recently got pulled over at night because none of my lights were on when he was following behind me (my tag lights and running rear lights) he didn’t give me a ticket but made me turn on my flashers so there would be some light when cars were behind me. I changed out the tag lights and they still don't work. My left/right rear blinkers. Flashers and brake lights work. So, my question is, what could be wrong with my tag lights and running taillights? Also, my right rear 6x9 speaker doesn't work at all?

Hi,

As far as the parking lamps and the plate lights are concerned, they are all powered by the same fuse and relay. The signals and brake lights are from a different circuit.

This can't be a ground problem because the brakes and signal lamps are working, and they do share the same ground. So, we need to start by checking the fuse and relay.

I attached the wiring schematic below. I highlighted the wiring relevant to the affected lights. I need you to locate and check fuse 41 in the intelligent power distribution module under the hood (AKA fuse box). It is on the right side behind the headlamp.

When you check the fuse, it is also important to confirm there is power to and from it.

If the fuse is good and there is power to and from it, we need to check the tail lamp relay. It is in the same box. If there is a different relay having the same part number, switch them to see if the lamps work. If there isn't one, here is a link that explains how to test a relay:
