I drove it to work just fine and now it won't start. I tried jumping it both with another vehicle and with a portable battery/starter. It doesn't spin and occasionally makes a clicking noise when key is on at top of engine. I also attempted starting in neutral.

Hi rickdraws and TY for the donation

Have helper hold key at start position and you check for power at the starter black and yellow wire-power there defective starter -No power could be the transmission range switch and ignition switch.

If it does not start in neutral, does that rule out transmission switch?

If it doesn't start at neutral the transmission range switch is either defective or needs adjustment-should start at both position
