You apply pressure to the accelerator pedal, the engine slowly revs up and when in gear accelerates forward.

We need to start with testing fuel pressure and vacuum leaks. Here are some guides that will help with this.

To start here is a guide that will cover this issue in general:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-surges

Then we need to check for vacuum leaks and fuel pressure using these guides when this acts up:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Let me know what questions you have and what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to give estimates or locations on where to get the vehicle serviced. We are located in the USA and without looking at the vehicle it is very difficult to get an accurate estimate on something like this let alone in a different country.

As for the oil leak, we need to start a new post on that issue. That is not going to be related to the hesitation and we need to keep each post to one topic so that others can find the solutions if they have a similar issue and they won't find it under a different topic. Thanks
