I have the vehicle listed above (Sport) I bought it second hand. My problem is when I try to open the sunroof it doesn't work. So I follow the guide for initialization so it works but only up to tilt position when I try to close it it doesn't work. So I decided to step back from the start for initializing I hear the motor works for 1 second just like a beep for the open tilt but if I press close it doesn't work.

Hello! I saw that you have performed the initialization step, well done! This is what I would like to have you do next if you could. If you have to use a telescoping mirror or if a step ladder will work for you. Make sure the track that the glass travels in is clear of any obstructions. For example, leaves twigs or even the seal of the roof itself could be causing this. Please let me know what you find.
Good day.

There are a number of things that would cause this but we are going to have to start with the testing that I will attach below. This will run us through the entire process on how to test it and will lead us to the issue.

Here is a guide that you will need to help with this type of testing as there is quite a bit of electrical:

Below is the testing from the manual. There are quite a few pages so we need to run through all of this.

please let me know if you have questions . Thanks
