1999 Subaru Outback parking light replacement

How do you remove and replace the drivers side parking light unit? Can it be done without removing the headlight unit?

I don't have a diagram to look at, but may on Monday. Sometimes you can sneak your arm in from the bottom, through the wheel well to get to them. Sometime they are attached the the headlamp assy.

May have to pull off the headlamp assy to see better.

I take it that the easiest way is to take out the headlight assembly and then the parking light. I would presume that you would then have to have the headlight realigned(?). I was trying to avoid that.

Looks like 1 screw.

Without seeing it, I would expect there is an area that has a tab or protusion the slips into the fender somehow.
